1. Information We Collect
When you request a complimentary feasibility study or correspond with us by email, we collect only the information you choose to provide: your first name, your email address, the target occasion or date, and the family notes or photographs you share so we can evaluate your project.
2. Zero Tracking Cookies or Advertising Pixels
This website does not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioral fingerprinting, or cross-site retargeting pixels.
3. How Your Family Data Is Used and Protected
- Sole purpose: Your information is used exclusively to conduct your complimentary archival feasibility study, communicate with you within 48 hours, and—if you commission a book—research, write, and ship your custom edition.
- No public indexing: Neither your family tree nor your completed book is ever uploaded to public genealogy databases or search engines without your explicit written instruction.
- Deletion on request: You may ask us to delete your feasibility request, notes, and uploaded files at any time by writing to contact@familyhistorypress.com.
