Every commission begins with a free, no-obligation archival feasibility study delivered by email within 48 hours. No payment is requested before you receive and approve our written proposal specifying:
- Which archival sources survive and will be consulted,
- The format chosen (Ancestor Portrait or Lineage Edition) and page range,
- The target delivery schedule,
- The firm, all-inclusive price in US Dollars (including tracked shipping to the United States).
3. Proofreading & Approval Before Printing
Every commission includes three rounds of family review on the complete illustrated digital proof. Hardcover printing is launched only after you give written sign-off on the final proof.
4. Family Copyright & Confidentiality
You retain full ownership of all family photographs, letters, and personal documents you share with us. Upon final payment, your family receives a perpetual private license to share the digital edition and request additional hardcover reprints for relatives at any time.
